F.A.Q.

What is Occupational Therapy (OT)?
Occupational therapy helps people build the skills they need to participate in meaningful daily activities. OTs work in many settings, including schools, hospitals, sensory gyms, rehabilitation centers, and clients' homes. My OT services focus on supporting children in their everyday tasks—such as academic work, self-care, and play—to increase meaningful participation, build confidence and competence, and promote greater independence. Sessions may address fine motor and visual-motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, activity and environmental modifications, and caregiver education.
